Trendr is a creative production application that lets authorized users create fictional adult personas, store visual references, queue image or video generations, and manage a generated media library.

The service is an AI-assisted working tool. It does not guarantee that an output will be publishable on any third-party platform, compliant with a specific commercial policy, or protected by exclusive rights.

The studio is available only to adults. By using Trendr, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the capacity to accept these Terms.

Trendr is currently operated as a private MVP. Registration may be closed at any time, and access may be limited to invited accounts or accounts approved by an administrator.

You must provide a valid email address, choose a strong password, and keep your credentials confidential. Any action performed through your account is presumed to have been performed by you unless proven otherwise.

If you suspect unauthorized access, credential loss, or abusive use of your account, contact Trendr without delay at support@trendr.app.

Trendr only allows the creation of fictional adult personas. You agree not to submit, upload, generate, attempt to generate, or reuse content involving:

• minors, age ambiguity, or any underage reference;
• impersonation, imitation, or sexualization of a real person, celebrity, or public figure;
• a deepfake, lookalike, or unauthorized resemblance presented as a real person;
• explicit nudity, visible genitals, sexual acts, or pornographic content;
• illegal, hateful, violent, discriminatory, harassing, deceptive, or rights-infringing content;
• confidential data, identity documents, medical information, payment details, or trade secrets.

Automatic safeguards and generation providers may block certain prompts or outputs. These safeguards do not replace your responsibility to review every output before using or publishing it.

You remain solely responsible for every prompt, reference, uploaded file, generation request, output, and reuse made through your account, including when a mode is available in the interface or an automated safeguard does not block the request. Availability of a feature never means that a particular creation is lawful, authorized, compliant with these Terms, or suitable for publication.

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, descriptions, uploaded images, and other materials you provide to Trendr. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to use those materials in the service.

By using Trendr, you grant the operator a technical, non-exclusive, worldwide license limited to what is necessary to host, process, transmit to providers, display, back up, and maintain content as part of the service.

Generated media may be reused by you under your responsibility, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, AI provider terms, and the rules of any platform where you intend to publish it.

Outputs are produced by third-party models and providers. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, imperfect, unavailable, similar to other content, or rejected by a provider for safety, moderation, or technical capacity reasons.

You must review generated media before any external use. In particular, you are responsible for checking that the output does not include an unintended resemblance to a real person, prohibited content, misleading text, unauthorized brands, or details that could harm a third party.

The service uses a credit balance. The cost of a generation is shown in the interface before queueing. Credits are debited when a job is created and automatically refunded when the system marks the generation as a technical failure.

Credits are not currency, a payment instrument, or cash-refundable value. They only measure generation capacity inside Trendr and may depend on provider costs.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe. Each paid renewal resets the subscription-credit portion to the allowance included in the active plan; unused subscription credits are not carried over. Promotional or manual credits are tracked separately and are not removed merely because a subscription payment fails or is canceled. If a renewal payment fails, the service may pause subscription credits until payment is recovered.

Trendr is provided as is as an MVP. The service, available models, credit costs, generation queues, processing delays, and features may change, be interrupted, or be modified for technical, security, provider cost, or compliance reasons.

You should keep your own copies of important media. Trendr does not guarantee permanent retention of files, prompts, references, or histories.

Trendr may refuse a generation, remove content, revoke abusively obtained credits, suspend an account, or end access to the service if these Terms are violated, if legal or security risk exists, or if the service is used contrary to the studio's purpose.

Attempts to bypass safety filters, generation of prohibited content, abusive automation, unauthorized access sharing, or use of the service to harm third parties may result in immediate suspension.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you write, the files you upload, how you use generated media, and any publication of that media on third-party services.

Trendr is not responsible for moderation decisions made by AI providers or third-party platforms, commercial opportunity loss, misuse of generated media, violations committed by the user, or indirect damages related to the service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. It covers account data, prompts, media, jobs, credits, session cookies, AI providers, and user rights.

Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts under ordinary procedural rules.

Trendr may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, providers, law, or security requirements. The update date indicates the applicable version.
